What You’ll Do

• Executive Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for C-level and senior management positions, ensuring impeccable service for our high-profile clients in iGaming and fintech.
• Client Leadership: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor for their talent acquisition needs.
• Strategic Market Insights: Provide expertise on market trends and help clients adapt their talent strategies to changing business landscapes.
• Brand Building: Represent Neo as a premier brand in executive recruitment for iGaming, helping to establish and grow its reputation globally.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members in best practices for executive search.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 8-10 years in recruitment, with a focus on C-level and senior management positions in iGaming, blockchain, fintech, or advanced tech.
• Location: Must hold Maltese residency and ideally already based in Malta.
• Track Record: Proven success in managing high-value recruitment projects and directly placing senior leadership roles.
• Personality: A results-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and an ability to build long-term trust.
• Adaptability: Thrives in remote, global environments with minimal oversight.
